These are the base rates of our services and packages (Spanish VAT not included). Our flexible packages can be adapted to your needs by adding or removing services and adjusting the price accordingly. Ask us for a no-obligations quote!

Occasional services: approximately 17€/h

Hire our services on an hourly basis. Price may vary according to the task, if the service is half an hour, you pay half the hourly rate. For event services, book a minimum of 4 hours and get 30% off our hourly rate. If you are over 50 years old or have a disability, you may be able to benefit from our occasional services and a 30% discount. Subject to daily availability.

Flexible Plan 10h: 16€/h (160€)

Distribute 10 hours on a weekly or a monthly basis in accordance with your needs and our availability. 10 hours pack at 16€ per hour.

Underwood No. 5
Monthly service or Flexible Plan 20h: 15€/h (300€). Optional activation of agenda, email and digital fax services 80€.

The monthly package includes one hour of work a day, from Monday to Friday. Scheduling of hours is flexible and can be adapted to fit your needs. The Flexible Plan 20h allow you to distribute the hours in accordance with your needs and out availability. This package includes the management of one trip, both domestic or international, for when you need. For additional trips, you pay 15€ if it’s domestic or 25€ if it’s international. There is no contract associated with this service. In order to cancel monthly services, you must unsubscribe by the 20th of the previous month. Activation or cancellation of service and service itself may require technical assistance. Resolution of IT incidences relating to service is not included in the rate and costs 20€/hour.

How can we help you?

We can do what any company’s secretarial department normally does. We are flexible and can adapt to your specific needs. Here are some general tasks we can help you with (included in package pricing):

  • Management of inbox, agenda and digital fax.
  • Layout and proofreading of documents (presentations, texts in Word, invoices…).
  • Assistance with administrative procedures (public bodies, notary, courier, office supplies, ordering flowers…).
  • Photocopying services in Asturias (includes 15% off the cost of photocopies).
  • Travel planning.
  • General English-to-Spanish and Spanish-to-English translations. For an additional cost, a translator will proofread the text. Our translation fee is 0,05€ per word. For long and technical texts, we collaborate with professional translators.
  • Organisation of meetings.
  • In the future, we plan to offer virtual switchboard services to filter phone calls at an additional cost.
